1. The operator

Right Hair Transplant ("we", "us") is an independent editorial directory operated from the Republic of Turkey. By using righthairtransplant.com you agree to these terms.

2. What Right Hair Transplant is

Right Hair Transplant is an editorial directory of hair transplant clinics, focused on the United States but accessible worldwide. We connect patients with verified clinics. We are not a medical provider, do not perform hair restoration ourselves, and do not give medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician before any procedure.

3. How we list clinics

Listings are built from public sources (U.S. NPI Registry, clinic marketing sites, Google Business Profile, Yelp, ABHRS / ISHRS public registries). Tiers (Premium Verified / Verified / Unclaimed) reflect the depth of editorial confirmation we have completed — not a clinical endorsement of a clinic's skill or outcome.

4. No medical or surgical guarantees

Listings, ratings, badges, and editorial copy on Right Hair Transplant are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Hair transplant is surgery; outcomes vary by patient biology, technique, surgeon skill, and post-operative care. Always have a complete in-person consultation before consenting to any procedure.

5. Patient consultation requests

When you submit a consultation form, your contact information is forwarded to up to three matching clinics. Those clinics will reach out directly. Right Hair Transplant is not a party to any subsequent agreement, payment, or treatment between you and the clinic. We do not represent the clinic, and any pricing, availability, or service claim is made by the clinic — not by us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish Right Hair Transplant content (listings, copy, structure, schema) without prior written permission.
  • Submit false or misleading consultation forms, impersonate other users, or attempt to extract clinic data through automated means.
  • Use the platform to spam, harass, or solicit clinics for non-patient business.
  • Use any automated tool (bots, scripts, headless browsers) to access the site at high volume without our consent.

7. Clinic claim accounts

If you claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorized by the clinic to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Our editorial team may revert or suspend a claim if content is misleading, infringes intellectual property, or violates these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Right Hair Transplant name, brand, theme, taxonomy, and editorial copy are owned by the operator of Right Hair Transplant. Clinic names, logos, photos, and credentials referenced on the platform belong to their respective clinics and are used in good faith for editorial and directory purposes under fair-use principles.

9. Copyright and DMCA notices (US)

If you believe content on Right Hair Transplant infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to [email protected] with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the URL on our site; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond within ten (10) business days.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to verify listings but cannot guarantee accuracy of every clinic-side detail (especially after a clinic claim, where the clinic owner is responsible for ongoing accuracy). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Right Hair Transplant, its operator, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or your interaction with any listed clinic. Our aggregate liability is limited to USD 100 or its equivalent in Turkish lira.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without reference to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Enforcement Offices, Republic of Turkey. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant non-waivable rights (e.g., the EU consumer rights directives, U.S. state consumer protection statutes such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

12. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days. Where permitted by your local law, individual disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration; class-action and collective proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the site for at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
